This is actually something I worked hard on......its still really bad though. ._.

I think you have done an excellent job on the face here. The eyes in particular stand out and I must applaud you on getting them so evenly matched.
The shoulders seem to be a little off as the right one is positioned higher up than the left one which gives them an uneven, unnatural look. They also seem slightly too broad. The right arm also seems to be quite a bit longer than the left.
The hair falls perfectly however, onto the girl and is very well coloured so that it is not block but infant, layered. The colours used really bring out her eye colour too.
This is a decent piece of artwork, never bring yourself down or claim something as bad.
To improve, I think you should study the human anatomy. Find a picture you like of somebody, and try to sketch them in manga form. This will help you a lot (as it has me!) and give you a good idea of what poses are natural, and how to draw arms, legs, etc perfectly.
